Order Cancellation Policy
There is no charge for orders canceled due to backorder status or an error on Need 4 Speed Motorsports, INC. part. Orders that are processed and then canceled prior to shipping (except special orders) are charged a 20% restocking fee.
There are no cancellations of special ordered items.
All orders canceled on same business day as order placed will have no cancellation fee assessed.
Orders canceled after they've been charged will be subject to bank fees applied on customers order.

Special Orders = No Returns, No Refunds
Special Orders Wheels include ADV1, BBS. Savini, iForged, Forgestar, Etc.
Any wheel or set of wheels with custom paint ( none original wheel finish ) is a special order and all special order rules apply.
Mounted Wheels And Tires = Not returnable if mounted on the car.
Wheels Only = Must be returned in the same condition as received, and you are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Tires Only = Must be returned in the same condition as received, and you are subject to a 20% restocking fee
If any wheels and/or tires are returned in a used state, you are subject to an upcharge plus a 20% restocking fee
All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which is provided by us during the return process.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty.
Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Shipping and Damage Claims:
If your shipment has arrived with a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Need 4 Speed Motorsports, INC. customer service department within 14 days of purchase at 888.714.7467. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for replacement or exchange. Damaged merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing and we will arrange for the return.
We double-check all orders prior to shipment to make sure our website recommendations were accurate. In order to properly assist you, you must advise us of any modifications you have made to your vehicle such as brake upgrades, lowering kits, or other suspension modifications. If we sell you a recommended package that does not fit your vehicle we will issue a full credit (including shipping) toward an exchange package. When e-mailing, be sure to include the year, make, and model of your vehicle and any modifications you have made such as lowering kits or brake upgrade kits.
